Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unread, and in original condition with all original packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at founder@thomasalanstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Condition Requirements
- Books must be unread and in original condition — no bent pages, cracked spines, or markings
- All items must be in original packaging
- Items showing signs of use will not be accepted
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on your order.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original order and place a new one.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
